I am very excited to be able to share my gift of baking with everyone.
It has been my dream to have my own bakery for as long as I can remember
+ a dream come true it has been!

I have worked in both the culinary + pastry industry but, pastry certainly takes the cake lol.
As much as I absolutely loved the experiences I received from working at different restaurants and bakeries, I have decided to finally take the leap, + go full force running my own bakery!
Anyone who knows me, knows that I am very particular about things, and need order. My kitchen definitely being my territory and, sanctuary.
Owning my own bakery allows me to have full control over the kitchen, extensive creativity, and the overall atmosphere of the kind of energy I want to put out with each order.
When I first started Paige's Bakery Collection in 2020, we were originally named 365 Bakes.
I had just turned 24, and had come back from a well needed personal journey - sitting around my house, feeling like there was something missing, or that needed to get done..
Then the feeling came to me -> it was time to pursue my dream career. I knew exactly which school I wanted to attend so, I booked my tour + enrolled into Humber's baking program for the next following semester.
The courses included were my guide + stepping stone to starting my own business. As well as, a world of techniques that I was further introduced to that made baking a lot easier!
I was able to work alongside some of the best chefs, who also gave me extensive advice, tips, tricks + encouragement to pursure my dream.
Over the next two years, I began taking advantage of my family kitchen -> I started taking orders from friends + family; gaining a lot of clients through word-of-mouth.
Wondering how I could reach other families outside of my current range, I began filming + posting content onto Instagram.
By the end of my baking program and after TONS of Network Marketing research, entrepreneurial lives/Zoom meetings from a short MLM journey..
I took all my knowledge that I had gained, along with final departing advice from my instructors about how to start your own business -> and the name, Paige's Bakery Collection, was born.
Focusing on our rebrand, we decided to change the name to something more personal. Something that describes me + my fiery, energetic personality. A Jack-of-All-Trades as such, I am a collection of skill and talent.
After gaining quite a bit of traction, we also decided it was best to create this website for all our present + future clients. Having much easier access to our menu and, a much better ordering process than our previous method.
At Paige's Bakery Collection, I aim to ensure that every order is made with critical love + care. Not only does everything LOOK good here, but it TASTES good too. Which to me, are both equally important!
