At Paige's Bakery Collection, we aim to provide our clients with high quality service + baked goods.


Please carefully read through the following information regarding our policies on food allergies, cancellations, pricing, ordering and refunds.

Food Allergies, Restrictions + Intolerances

    • Each order is made in a clean + deeply sanitized environment, with equipment that is cleaned + deeply sanitized after each use 
    • We are certified to handle food within Ontario 
    • All food is handled with proper care following Ontario's Food and Safety Guidelines
    • All products at Paige's Bakery Collection are made in a home kitchen that may handle nuts, gluten, wheats, dairy (eggs/milk/butter), etc.
    • We do our absolute best to keep ingredients separate to avoid any cross-contamination
    • We cannot guarantee any of the baked goods sold are allergen-free as we bake within our home kitchen and, some shared equipment is used to store and prepare items
    • Alternatives and, substitutions are 100% available for those with food allergies, restrictions and/or intolerances
    • All of our recipes are created to be easily converted to fit the needs of those with food allergies, restrictions and/or intolerances
    • Please ensure to include any + all food allergies, restrictions and/or intolerances in your order form(s) to ensure the safest production of your order
    • If you have any allergies, we will take extreme measures to ensure the safest production of your order (which may include new equipment (spatulas, pans, mixing bowls, etc.) and, wearing gloves throughout the entire order production)
    • If you are still unsure about the ingredients used, or how we will ensure the safest production of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us to inquire further information
    • In addition, you can also contact us before placing your order to ensure we can in fact, accomodate your needs + are the best bakery for you!
    • A full, detailed list of the ingredients used, can be found in all recipe descriptions on our menu pages
    • Just like any other food item you purchase, an Ingredient Label will be attached to each order disclosing everything that is used to make your specific order (ex. brand of Gel Food Coloring (Americolor), brand of Fondant (Satin Ice), etc.)
    • Some ingredients used may be premade from other known companies (ex. Honeymaid Graham Cracker Crumbs for our Signature Cheesecakes)
    • While we will disclose this information within our menu pages and ingredient label, it is also your responsibility to let us know prior to order production, of any allergies and/or food restrictions/intolerances that will be present at your event or, that will consume the order.

We take food production very seriously and, do everything possible to ensure the entire production of your order is completed safely, with extreme pride and care.



Orders + Inquiries

    • Currently only accepting orders/deliveries in Ontario, Canada
    • All inquiries on how to order, additional add-ons, questions about our menu, and/or price quotes can be made via email
    • All orders must be made and confirmed by both parties, at least 2 weeks in advance before needed/event date
    • This two week requirement allows us time to discuss your order, gather everything we need + includes a small window if you require any changes or, cancellations (touched on further down) before your delivery date 
    • Please use our designated order forms to place your order and follow the prompts carefully
    • To place an order from our different menues (i.e. you want to order a standard cake + some pastries), please fill out each form separately
    • We know it's not thrilling to fill out your info twice; however, our order forms are now separated for an easier processing system
    • Once we have received your form(s), we will contact you via phone, SMS and/or email for order confirmation + give a price quote (strictly based on your order form)
    • Once we have confirmed all the details of your order form(s), your order will be placed into our system. We will provide you with the final price within 24 hours

Pricing

    • The following methods are currently available for payment:

      • Cash (upon delivery date)
    • A non-refundable deposit (50% of your final price), is required + due upon confirmation of all orders
    • This is an order insurance policy to ensure that your order/delivery date is secure and, covers any instances where cancellations are needed and, order specific supplies have been bought
    • It is also our way of helping our clients split up the payments! Which can be of ease for some, especially for Custom Cake orders
    • All non-refundable deposits must be sent via Email Transfer to paigesbakeryco@hotmail.com upon confirmation of your Standard Cake order, Custom Cake order, Cheesecake order and/or Breads + Pastries order
    • Your order will not proceed without your deposit -> ensure to complete immediately once you have received your order confirmation
    • Please ensure the email is spelled correctly before submitting your deposit (copy + paste for a smoother transaction)
    • Our email is set up with auto-deposit -> a security question/answer is not required
    • All orders have an automatic delivery fee included until we advance to pick-up/in-store options
    • Delivery fees vary and, are location based -> approximately $15-$70
    • The remaining 50% of your final price is due before or, on your delivery date. Please let us know which one would be best for you during our conversation
    • Our menu prices are set using a program that calculates the price of ingredients used, our labor, overhead, + other supplies (packaging, cake boards, decorations, etc.)
    • Our Standard and Custom Cakes widely differentiate in price due to the amount of time needed for each cake
    • Our Custom Cakes start at $150+ and vary based on size + complexity of the desired design
    • Our Standard Cakes have minimal requirements + take less time to create
    • Our Custom Cakes can/may take up to 72 hours to design the decorations alone before we're able to bring it to life
    • Sometimes designs can be a bit tricky when we try to execute them onto a cake. We want to ensure the same amount of love, care + passion goes out into each order. We do our best to give you exactly what you ask for 
    • We offer "just in case" Candle Kits for both our Standard + Custom Cakes at an additional price of $6
    • Candle Kits include regular stick candles, number block candles and a mini lighter. Let us know how many is needed -> save the stress of forgetting them!
    • Our Deep Dish Cheesecakes start plain, with a base price of $45 to offer our clients a high-quality, rich cheesecake 
    • If you'd like to personalize your cheesecake with flavors, toppings and/or a written message, an additonal small fee will apply. This covers the cost of premium ingredients used + extra care required to create our signature cheesecakes

Cancellations + Changes

    • If, for any reason, you need to make changes to your order OR, if you would like to cancel your order -> requests must be made via phone or, email before end of notice period
    • Your email should be marked as highest importance to ensure a quicker response
    • For an immediate response, please contact us via phone (by call or text)
    • Your email must include the following:
        • Subject Line (in all caps) -> "CANCELLATION or CHANGES NEEDED"
        • Your full name
        • Your delivery date
        • Whether it is a cancellation of your whole order or, part of your order
        • Whether any changes are needed to your whole order or, part of your order
        • Details of what changes are needed
    • The following explains our "End of Notice" period:
        • You will have 96 hours (4 days) before your delivery date to request any changes or, cancellations
        • An email or, phone confirmation between both parties is required before the end of notice period
        • If a confirmation by both parties has not been received by the end of notice period, the entire order will continue to proceed as planned. NO REFUND WILL BE APPLIED


Refunds + Returns

    • We provide each order with a folded care card to help guide you with:
        • Safe + Proper Storing (for longevity of your cakes, cheesecakes, breads + pastries)
        • Cake Cutting (this guide is only to help you maximize your cake for your event. Alternatively, you may cut the cake as you see fit!)
        • Travelling/Pre-Consumption Tips for Cakes (it is important to follow these steps if you plan on transporting your cake after delivery and, for setting up to put the cake on dispay/cut the cake)
        • Tiered Cake Warning (we use interior supports for tiered cakes. Never push anyones face into a cake unless, you have let us know in advance to ensure safe production of your tiered cake)
    • Once your order is delivered to you, and in your hands -> we are not responsible for any damages done
    • We include tips + order specific instructions to help aid your order until consumption and, with storage
    • If said tips and instructions are not properly followed or, the order is stored incorrectly, we cannot be held accountable. No refund will be given
    • Upon the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email at:

    • The email must be marked as highest importance and, include the following:
        • Subject Line (in all caps) -> "ORDER DISSATISFACTORY"
        • a picture of your order/the issue
        • a detailed message of the issue
    • After careful review and, consideration, a refund may be alloted.
    • We will contact you via phone within 24 hours to confirm whether or not a full or, a partial refund will be given.
    • There are absolutely no returns for any orders. Please do with the order as you see fit
    • Upon the event that you need to cancel your order -> your deposit will be held. No further payment is required
    • Upon the event that you need to change your order -> your deposit will be held. Further payment may be required, only if additional fees apply

We aim to please all of our clients needs, even in the event of dissatisfaction. Sometimes things just happen, if you work with us, we will work with you. All we ask for is respect towards our business in return.
